Built to Handle Tough Conditions
If you’ve had routers fail due to vibration, temperature extremes, or moisture, the XR60 addresses these issues directly. It has an IP64-rated aluminium case and MIL-STD-810H certification, meaning it’s been tested against the full range of challenges vehicle electronics face: constant vibration, shock, dust, humidity, and temperature swings.
Operating temperature range is -40°C to +75°C (non-Wi-Fi variant). The MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) is approximately 283,666 hours – roughly 32 years of expected service life under standard conditions.
5G Performance
The XR60 supports 5G with LTE Cat-20 fallback, delivering download speeds up to 2.8 Gbps and uploads to 900 Mbps. Practical applications include:
- Real-time streaming of body cam and dash cam footage from emergency vehicles
- Remote access to large technical files and video consultations for field engineers
- Instant transmission of sensor data and monitoring information from utility vehicles
- Fixed Wireless Broadband for locations without traditional connectivity

- Serial Version – One Ethernet plus RS-232/RS-485 serial ports for older equipment
- With or Without Wi-Fi – Add the Wi-Fi 6 option if you need wireless
- GPS Included – 48-channel receiver that works with GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou
There’s also a USB-C port that does both 5 Gbps networking and Power Delivery.
At 118 × 39 × 98 mm and 522g, it’s compact enough to fit in tight spaces but solid enough to stay secure during operation.
