Vehicle Weighing Solutions (VWS) has chosen In-CarPC to provide the in-cab hardware to run its new PurGo Waste & Recycling Management Software.
VWS PurGo is a new software solution designed exclusively for waste and recycling operators. PurGo streamlines processes from sales through to operations such as route scheduling, administration, billing and reporting. It works in harmony with bin-weighing systems, and enables waste and recycling companies to monitor precisely what they are collecting, from whom, and to charge accordingly.
In-CarPC’s computers are used to schedule work, report vehicle defects, navigate to each job, and to collect and process a wide range of data from each vehicle. Such data includes weight data from on-board weighing systems, GPS tracking data, CCTV data from on-board cameras and telematics / diagnostic CAN-bus data.
