*Your serial number can be found on a label attached to the rear of your computer, or on Page 5 of your User Manual if you have a fully installed system.
Warranty
All our computers** include a 2-year warranty as standard, extendable to 3 years at any point before the standard warranty expires. In the unlikely event that your PC develops a hardware fault, we are usually able to repair faulty systems within 1-2 working days.
In addition to the exclusions detailed in our Terms & Conditions, the following conditions apply:
For all systems:
- All faulty parts must be returned to In-CarPC at the customer's expense.
- The second year of the warranty does not cover any external accessories supplied with the computer (including displays). All accessories are covered by a 1-year warranty, which can be extended to 2 or 3 years if required.
- Postage & packaging charges apply after the first year for the return of repaired goods.
For fully installed systems***:
- All systems that include on-site installation also include a complementary 2-week on-site warranty, so that any issues that may occur as customers familiarise themselves with the system can be resolved rapidly and conveniently. After this time, unless on-site support was included in the order, the vehicle must be returned to In-CarPC at the customer's expense for repairs to be carried out. Alternatively a chargeable on-site visit can be arranged (UK customers only).
- The second year of the warranty does not cover any labour that might be required to uninstall the computer from the vehicle, and subsequently reinstall it.
