Support & Warranty
As standard we guarantee all our computers for one year, but if required we can extend your warranty to two or three years at any point before the standard warranty expires.
Our PCs are very reliable, and in the vast majority of cases we are able to resolve issues remotely, by phone or email. If we have provided on-site installation then we can also provide on-site support, although there may be a charge for this, depending on whether or not your original quote included on-site support.
In the unlikely event that your PC does develop a fault and you have to return it to us, we are usually able to repair faulty systems within 1 or 2 working days, before shipping it back to you on a next-day service.
