All our computers include a 2-year warranty as standard, extendable to 3 or 5 years if required. In the unlikely event that a PC develops a hardware fault, we are usually able to repair faulty units within 1-2 working days.
Please note the following conditions:
For all systems:
- All faulty parts must be returned to In-CarPC at the customer's expense.
- The second year of the warranty does not cover any external accessories supplied with the computer (including displays). All accessories are covered by a 1-year warranty, which can be extended to 2 or 3 years if required.
- In-CarPC reserves the right to charge for postage & packaging after the first year for the return of repaired goods.
For fully installed systems (UK customers only):
- Unless on-site support was included in the order, the equipment must be removed from the vehicle and returned to In-CarPC at the customer's expense for repairs to be carried out.
