Mobile Installation Service
We operate a mobile installation service so that we can install our vehicle computers on-site at your location. For single orders we cover most of England and Wales, and for companies with fleets of vehicles we cover the whole of the UK.
For fleet installations we can often complete each vehicle in 2-3 hours per engineer, whereas single system installations are normally completed within one day.
All systems that include on-site installation also include a complementary 2-week on-site warranty, so that any issues that may occur as customers familiarise themselves with the system can be resolved rapidly and conveniently. Chargeable on-site support is available after this period if on-site support was not included in the original order.
Our vans include all the tools and equipment needed for our engineers to create high quality custom parts for your system on-site, so that all parts of the computer blend in perfectly with the vehicle.
When we arrive we will discuss exactly where the various parts of the system will be located within the vehicle, and after installation demonstrate how to use the main features that the computer provides.
Alternatively, if you don’t want us to carry out the installation where you are, we offer a collect and return service, although this usually means that the installation takes more than one day. Our staff are fully comprehensively insured to drive our customers’ vehicles.
