We are not currently marketing the computer-controlled hands-free system because it does not support echo cancellation (please see below). Details on this page are provided for information only.
Our computers can provide advanced hands-free functionality for Bluetooth enabled mobile phones, allowing drivers to make high quality hands-free calls and control the phone directly from the computer's screen.

Features include:
- Hands-free operation so that drivers can safely and legally use their phone while driving
- Incoming call notification - Displays the name and number of the person who is calling, and also reads out loud the caller's name. The software notifies the driver of incoming calls regardless of which mode the software is in (for example, the phone can be answered directly from navigation mode). Clearly labelled on-screen buttons let the driver easily answer or reject an incoming call.
- Automatically pauses music when a call is made or received
- View contacts - displays the phone book contacts on the computer screen for easy dialling
- Dial any number by using the on-screen keyboard
- Received, dialled and missed calls display - displays recently received, dialled and missed calls on-screen, and allows rapid dialling of entries with one button press
The hands-free system is part of the Centrafuse software interface. Information relating to your phone is clearly displayed on the computer's large touch sensitive colour screen. New features are regularly added to Centrafuse, so you can be confident that the hands-free system will support new phone features in the future as they come to market.
Compatibility
The hands-free system should work with any mobile phone that supports the Bluetooth Hands Free Protocol, although we regret that we are unable to guarantee compatibility for all phones.
Echo Cancellation
Echo cancellation, a feature which prevents the person to whom the driver is speaking from hearing their own voice echoed back to them, is not currently supported within Centrafuse, although support is planned for the near future. For optimum audio quality we therefore recommend using an OEM or third-party hands-free system that is separate from the computer and does support echo cancellation.
