Centrafuse Software Interface
Centrafuse is a software application that provides a touchscreen-friendly user interface that manages and controls various functions of the computer system, like navigation, telephone and music.
Centrafuse fills the entire driver's screen, providing a safe and easy to use interface similar to that of dedicated in-car navigation and entertainment devices. Unlike these devices though, Centrafuse includes a 'Windows' button which does just that - returns you to the Windows desktop. By default this feature only functions when the vehicle is stationary, making Centrafuse both safe and fully legal.
Centrafuse can be controlled using 'gestures', allowing key functions such as skip forward, skip back and play/pause to be controlled by swiping a finger across the screen in a particular direction or pattern. The driver can therefore control Centrafuse using gestures without taking his or her eyes off the road.
We are a Centrafuse Authorized Partner, and preinstall Centrafuse as standard on all our fully installed car computer systems apart from the Lite package.

The Centrafuse program is under constant development, and new features are added all the time. Centrafuse includes an option to check for new features, and if any are available they are downloaded* and installed quickly with minimum fuss. All your settings (like your media library) will remain just as they were before the update.

*If you choose an internet connection with your car computer then Centrafuse can use this to update itself. However, updates are also available as a separate file that can be downloaded from another computer and copied to the car computer. We always keep our customers informed of any new updates.
